Written + PET clear karne ke baad aakhri stage hota hai Document Verification (DV) — yahan sab documents original me check hote hain. Bahut se candidates written/PET clear karke DV me reject ho jate hain — sirf documents ki wajah se. Isliye DV ko lightly mat lo, pehle se preparation karo.
1DV me kya hota hai
- Official center pe bulaya jata hai (admit card alag se aata hai)
- Saare original documents + 2 photocopy sets + photos le jane hote hain
- Officer ek-ek document original se photocopy se match karta hai
- Biometric (thumb) + photo verification bhi hota hai (impersonation rokne ke liye)
- Medical (agar post me required ho) — DV ke baad ya saath me
2Required documents (full checklist)
- Education — 10th, 12th, graduation degree + marksheets (all semesters) (Documents checklist)
- ID proof — Aadhaar original
- Category — SC/ST/OBC NCL/EWS/PwD certificate (central format for central jobs) (Reservation guide)
- Domicile — state jobs me (Domicile guide)
- Age proof — 10th certificate
- Photos — recent, admit card jaisi
- Application print + admit card + fee receipt
3DV ke stages
1. Entry + biometric
2. Document checking — original vs photocopy
3. Category verification — certificate format, validity, issue date
4. Final signature + acknowledgement
4Common rejections DV me
- Name/DOB mismatch (10th certificate se) — sabse common
- Category certificate old, state format, ya NCL mention nahi (OBC)
- Domicile missing (state quota ke liye)
- Percentage calculation galat (CGPA conversion)
- Photo old ya mismatch
- Original documents nahi laye — photocopy se kaam nahi chalega
5DV ke baad
- Medical (agar required) — vision, flat foot, knock knees, tattoos check
- Final merit list — DV clear karne walo me se merit banti hai
- Joining letter — medical + DV ke baad
6Preparation tips
- Ek folder banao — original + 2 photocopy + scanned PDFs (Drive backup)
- Saare certificates pehle se check karo — spelling, date, seal, photo
- OBC NCL/EWS har saal renew karwa lo — 1 saal validity (Reservation guide)
- Exam day checklist me exam day ka checklist hai — DV ke liye bhi same discipline
