UPSC Civil Services Exam – Pattern, Stages & Preparation Strategy

UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) se IAS, IPS, IFS aur dusri Group A services me selection hota hai. Ye India ke sabse prestigious exams me se ek hai.

Stages: Exam ke teen stages hote hain — (1) Prelims (objective), (2) Mains (written), aur (3) Personality Test (Interview). Prelims qualify karne ke baad hi Mains me baith sakte ho.

Eligibility: Graduation kisi bhi stream se (final year students bhi apply kar sakte hain), age limit category ke hisaab se alag hoti hai, aur attempts ki limit bhi hoti hai. Exact age aur attempts UPSC ke latest notification me check karo.

Syllabus: Prelims me GS Paper-I (History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Environment, Science) aur CSAT hota hai. Mains me 9 papers hote hain jisme Essay, GS I-IV aur optional subject shamil hai.

Strategy: NCERT se base banao → standard books padho → previous year papers solve karo → current affairs roz padho. Answer writing practice Mains ke liye zaroori hai.
