The Odisha Public Service Commission has advertised 758 posts of Assistant Executive Engineer in Group A of the Odisha Engineering Service through Advertisement No. 13 of 2026-27 (Notice No. 5762/PSC dated 9 October 2026). The break-up is 750 posts of AEE (Civil) for the Water Resources, Works, and Housing and Urban Development departments and 8 posts of AEE (Mechanical) under the Water Resources department. Online applications opened on 22 October 2026 and will be accepted until 11 November 2026 at 5:00 PM. There is no application fee for this recruitment. Eligibility is a degree in engineering in Civil or Mechanical discipline, or an equivalent AMIE qualification, from a recognised institution. The age band is 21 to 42 years as reckoned on 1 January 2026, with the usual category relaxations. Selected candidates are placed in Level 12, Cell 1 of the ORSP pay matrix under the ORSP Rules, 2017. Shortlisting is based on a valid GATE score carrying 90 per cent weightage, followed by an interview of 10 per cent and document verification, which is tentatively scheduled from the first week of December 2026.
